Food is fine, delicious even... But No team work. No confidence for staff to ask others questions about when items will be available. Makes it the slowest KFC in the nation.

Always gets my orders wrong. The chicken is great but it's frustrating.

This store is Not interested in their customers at all. They won't serve, or cook food 15 minutes prior to closing. When customer service called out if they were cooking more burgers, the management called 5 back. I hope not. With 12 people in line to order. Went to red rooster across the Rd, and they were more than happy to serve & cook for us.
